Indoor Soccer Rules

Minimum 2 females per team on the floor at all times (not including the goalie).

5 players on the floor per team.

Goalie can be male or female.

Please call your own fouls.

Benches are put in each corner of gym.

Ball going out of play over the benches is kicked in by the opposing team.

Back and side walls are inbounds

No slide tackling.

Goalie can use hands inside the crease only. Goalie must roll the ball out once the ball is picked up with their hands. Ball cannot travel over centre in the air when thrown by the goalie. If this happens then the result is an indirect free kick from center.
